Guest guest Posted August 21, 2006 Report Share Posted August 21, 2006 Bean Relish 2 med. cans kidney beans (15 oz.) 1 sm. onion, diced 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 1 jar pickle relish (small) 1 tsp. garlic powder ot a crushed clove 1/2 tsp. pepper (options: chopped parsley, cilantro, olives, bell pepper) Rinse beans in colander and let stand about 10 minutes until practically dry. Combine with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate at least 3 to 4 hours. This is the best Bean Dip I have ever tasted. Everyone is raving about the all-new Mail Beta.
