looking for recipes for asian noodles

I've spent hours combing the internet looking for a recipe for making

homemade asian noodles. I can't find one. Do they exist? I realize it

would probably be easier to buy some but I wanted to give homemade a

try. I'm specifically thinking of the wide, flat rice noodles. If

anyone knows of a site or book that could help, I'd really appreciate

it.
