~ Sure has been a while. i've missed you and it is great to see

you post. Your recipe for the not-salmon loaf sound so interesting

and i am going to have to try it soon. i have that 'simply heavenly'

cookbook, too.. but i haven't tried so many of those unmeats in

there because most of them require the making of gluten; i just

haven't dived into that yet.

What sort of conference will be taking you in the DC direction?
