Guest guest
Your post made me realise what a lifeline groups like this are for people like yourself who are isolated vegetarians. When I first became a vegetarian it was quite unusual and it was a couple of years before I met any other vegetarians or really had any idea of how to eat well and stay healthy. I consider myself very lucky to have always had a number of vegetarian friends over the last 30 years - it's always good to have a few like-minded people around.
