Guest guest Posted August 29, 2006 Report Share Posted August 29, 2006 Green Beans and Cabbage with Coriander Butter 4 tablespoons butter, 3 cups chopped cabbage, 1 1/2 cups fresh cut green beans 1 teaspoon ground coriander In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes, until butter begins to turn golden brown. Remove from heat and add cabbage and green beans; toss to coat with butter. Sprinkle in coriander and toss well. Return to stove and cook over low heat, covered, 10 to 15 minutes, until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. serves 6. Stay in the know. Pulse on the new .com. Check it out.
