BANGALORE: Forest officials on Friday continued a search for three leopards

amidst heavy rain at the Mount St Joseph institution in Kalena Agrahara on

Bannerghatta Road.

 

A night-long operation on Thursday did not yield any results. " Either the

animals have moved inside the forest or they may be inside the campus,

taking shelter from the rain, " said an official of Bannerghatta National

Park. Officials searched for clues on the track which leads to the forest.

Several locals were questioned on the movement of the animals.

 

The tranquilising team is also camped and the operation will continue on

Friday night, the officer added.
