NAWAB PATAUDI MOVED TO THE HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH FOR QUASHING HUNTING FIR.

Dear All,

This is for information to you all that Sh. Madan Singh co-accused with

Nawab Pataudi black buck poaching in Haryana informed me that today former

Indian cricket team captain Nawab Pataudi went to Chandigarh as he has filed

a writ over there to can cell/ quash FIR against him in black buck poaching

& same message conveyed to WTI / Advocate Sh. Madan Pal, cell - 09417017107,

Chairman - Legal cell to oppose it in the High Court at Chandigarh.

It would be pertinent to mention here that Sh. Madan Pal, Advocate placed a

notice before the Chief Wildlife Warden, Haryana to take a strict action

against the hostile witness Sh. Attar Singh, Inspector-Wildlife where as PFA

HARYANA already demand for dismissal/ removal of ADA in the Special court at

Faridabad.
