Guest guest
All Respected, (World Animal Day): - On 4th Oct. 2007, SPCA organized 15th free medical checkup and treatment camp for animal welfare in city. SPCA provided free medicines to 163 animals and free anti-rabies injections to 90 dogs also. SPCA distributed leaflets and pamphlets of rules for prevent of cruelty to animals and animals welfare related details in this camp and other public places for public awareness on this occasion also. On this day, the slaughterhouses and meat shops were closed and on this day slaughtering of animals in Moradabad district remains prohibited. Our society has taken a permission for " one day banned on slaughtering of animals " and " closing of slaughter houses and meat shops " from district administration of Moradabad city. This one-day banned for slaughtering of animals, remains effective since 2000. We know, it is not a very big work like other organizations. SPCA has no fund neither any donation from any one. Each member shared all expenses. We are trying to do better. We can do much better work under your valuable guidance. Photos of the medical camp will be shortly available on www.worldanimalday.org.uk I will be very pleased to receive every news from you. Your kind advise on any issue will be warmly welcomed and happily accepted. With best regards.
