Dear Friends,

 

We have just a brief email for you today to update you on some recent

developments here at the Visakha SPCA.

 

Below is Raja (white horse) and Aggi Ramudu (brown horse) enjoying their safe

refuge at our shelter after having been left on the cruel urban streets. Not

shown is our other recent rescue, the blind horse Rani. We had no choice but to

rescue these three horses from abandonment.

 

We've recently updated our website with reports on two critical issues affecting

animals in India - Illegal Animal Transport and Illegal Animal Sacrifice. These

are disturbing and difficult issues, but they are ones we must face if we are to

continue to improve the lives of animals in India. Please take a moment to read
