But some eyewitnesses believe the citizen police have caught the wrong suspect. ''The other monkey's face is a little fat. It does not have tooth in the front. And it will weigh at least 30 to 35 kg. It's at least double the size of this one. I saw it when it jumped from my terrace,'' said Abdul Khalib Malik, resident. The monkey problem is a serious one in several parts of the capital. But politicians in-charge aren't doing much to control it, instead they are blaming each other. ''Ever since the other party came to power in the MCD, the number of monkeys in Delhi has gone up,'' said Sheila Dikshit Chief Minister, Delhi. ''The wildlife act specifically states that it not out job to catch these monkeys, the CM should at least think before making such remarks,'' said Aarti Mehra, Mayor, Delhi. Clearly, the monkey wars are set to continue in the Capital. -- Fight captive Jumbo abuse, end Elephant Polo http://www.stopelephantpolo.com
