Dear Friends,

 

*CITIZENS FOR ANIMALS (CFA)* would like to thank all the people who attended

the rally yesterday and made it a success in its own way.

 

*I would also like to thank the NGOs, animal rights activists for NOT

showing up and making the rally even more successful, as the primary motive

was to gather and awaken all CITIZENS and participate in the welfare

movement, rather than the usual cliche. *

 

*Special Thanks to the following good people and groups who joined and

supported our cause :*

 

1) Vatavaran Group & our dear Dr Iqbal Malik, the well known primatologist.

2) Sonadi Charitable Trust & dear Mrs Sen.

3) Mr Hiranmay Karlekar for taking out time to come despite his illness.

4) support of Viveka Foundation

5) support of Abhayas Trust

*First song :* simply to ask people to love their land and the plants,

animals and the envoironment, which is our own.

and Sung by Sushmit Bose.

 

 

*We would like to add that CFA, is an open body without any hierarchy or

organisational frame work. It is a forum for anyone to join and use to unite

the people of this country for this cause. We have people in Delhi,

Calcutta, Bangalore, Mumbai, Patna, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Trivandrum and

many more cities who are a part of this body, who felt alone while fighting

for the rights of the animals. Hence, we urge upon everyone not to feel

desperate and helpless while facing any crisis whatsoever. CFA is there to

support and help any such individual in any part of the country. *

*WE HAVE TO UNITE AND MAKE THIS A PEOPLE " S MOVEMENT WITH MANY FACES.*
