On January 10, CID forest cell sleuths seized a pair of tusks, each weighing 20 kg and 18 kg, respectively. These were displayed at the CID forest cell office at Cauvery Bhavan on Tuesday. Three persons from Mudigere taluk were arrested, and the fourth accused is absconding. " The tusks' origin is yet to be identified. We're trying to bust the links with other poaching gangs, if any, " said a senior officer from CID Forest Cell. -- WOCON: http://groups.google.co.inwocon
