If the dogs were sterilised, pets, unsterilised could not be known as no one who lives around that area volunteered to follow that van. I communicated with atleast half a dozen people living in that area, who either didnt respond or were too busy ....to save a few dogs from being killed for meat. I was 20 k.m. away and obviously didnt have a means to reach there in a few minutes. So much for animal love and activism....dogs continue to face the hypocricy and duality of our love for them.
