This article mentions the cruiseship MS Deutschland's first docking at

Naha harbor in Okinawa. Perhaps this is an avenue that can be

utilized to put pressure on Okinawa to STOP the renewed killing of

dolphins. Okinawa is desperately trying to join in on the eco tourism

bandwagon.
