File cases against The corporation secretary for violating the ABC rules.

The Corporation has submited an affidavit in the Hon.High Court of Kerala

saying that they have been implementing the ABC in the Corporation.This is a

fit case for contempt of court and aviolation of ABC Rules.

Taken from Indian Express feb 11th 08 .

In spite of Trivandrum corporation saying in court on sept 4th 2007 that

they are doing the abc/ar programme it would appear from the attached that

they admitt dogs are still being killed illegally.

No vet it would seem is present ,so we also must presume an illegal

substance is used.

In fact nothing changes ,the cruelty goes on and on.
