Dear Maria,

I am sorry you are upset but the policy is not irrational, unethical or

inhumane.

The policy is long standing and clear. Members who wish to know what is

going on outside Asia to more general mailing lists, they read

AAPN to know about Asian issues - they do not wish duplication.
