Guest guest
I am forwarding a message just received from the Gen. R. M. Kharb, the Chairman of the Animal Welfare Board of India. You will be happy to know that the Jammu & Kashmir Government have agreed to start an ABC programme instead of the worthless, perpetual, brutal killing planned earlier. The Blue Cross will be sending a team of surgeons, para-vets and dog catchers to train the local people in ABC. S.
