Punjab is such a state that There are no infirmaries, Though these are on Papers as a result of a writ. These were notified but nothing has come out, no Budget allocated I filed aRTI query and I was asked to take a grant of % lacs from AH Husbandry Deptt.But I declined and State Information Commission Fined the AH Deptt. Ultimately Deptt.agreed that It is lacking facilities. The documents has been given for PIL in State High Court.
