In kottayam, kerala all the dogs seen on road are beaten to death by people

and police, Yesterday 100 stray dogs were beaten to death in kottayam and

gandhinagar area where kottayam medical college is situated. Dogcatchers are

having lottery now kerala kaumudi newspaper speaks of a seasoned dog killer

kuzhimattam kunnel ullahannan who earlier was a church worker and he is

after dogs. He has already killed 300 dogs. No animal lover is seen

anywhere. These incidents are happening in kottayam district. Yesterday a

black and white dog bit many people. That dog is still missing and locals

and police are killing all dogs. Beaten to death innocent non-rabid dogs

pictures are published in newspapers. All people are beating dogs to death

thinking it is the most glorious thing. Panchayat, police, the govt,

everyone are after dogs, not to speak of media. Shying away from protecting

animals is also a sin. All these things are happening in kerala state of

India and no one is unhappy with it. The media is making fear among the

people. There are vested interests behind it like the communist govt others

include certain people who don't like dogs. The areas where dog bite

suspected are kottayam town, olassa, sankranti, mannanam, kuttomburam,

villunni, varisseri, chengalam, and karipputhattu. But dogs are mercilessly

killed in entire kottayam district.
