dear friends,

 

the news item attached is yesterday's. Today in Kerala local papers they

have shown how yesterday a mass scale killing was brutally carried out. It

is just barbaric. will circulate that news report later when i get it.

 

BUT A BANGALORE MASS KILLING IS REPEATING IN KERALA.

 

ALL GOVT DEPTS. ARE SUPPORTING THIS IRRESPECTIVE OF WHAT THE LAWS SAY.

 

I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM A.W.B.I. Since AWBI has a locus standi on

this they can immediately move the court and stop this or at least get a

stay. We as citizens can only file a PIL, which will take time and may get

rejected.

 

I hope AWBI will not sit on this.

 

people please write to them asap and appeal to them to take swift action

It says that the corporation is going to intensify activities of suraksha

with help of AHD " to control rabies " .special; squads would be constituted in

two shifts-5:30 AM-8 Am and 4 - 8 PM

 

Also the numbers of the dog catchers are given..
