Unfortunate and Shocking - Hon.Vice Chairman, AWBI Passes away

Dear All,

 

I am sadly informing you all that Hon. Vice Chairman Dr. Appaji Rao has

passed away yesterday night at 11 p.m, due to a massive heart attack. He is

survived by his family of wife and two sons and a daughter. An avid animal

lover and During his stint as Vice Chairman, AWBI, he has contributed,

organised and actively involved in various animal welfare issues deserving

attention especially in legal, ABC, Euthanasia and other matters in a

thorough professional way. His loss is irrepairable to AWBI and to the field

of animal welfare in the country. Those who wish to convey their condolences
