Dear all,

The Vocation Bench of the Hon.High Court of Kerala has issued notice

to the Kerala Govt.in the case filed against the indiscriminate

killing of stray dogs all over Kerala.

The Hon.Court has taken into account the urgency and seriousness of

the legal and welfare aspects of the case and hence the admission even

during the Vocation.

Let us bow our heads in solemn reverence and gratitude to the late

Dr.Appaji Rao,Vice-Chairman of AWBI,who has repeatedly asked me to

file the case urgently before the vocation bench itself ----so that it

could at least save the lives of a few thousand dogs.

Before leaving this world, he has found time to call [and coax] me

during that night itself to file the case on Tuesday itself as there

was only one day sitting for the bench during the vocation.

Let us pray that the soul of this soft-spoken,thoroughbred gentleman

doctor forever wallow in eternal bliss.
