Guest guest
Dear friends, I have lodged a complaint with the Tamilnadu Police using the following links, as the so called owners of the killed dogs are stupid, greedy people - not animal lovers :- http://www.tnpolice.gov.in/mailcomplaint.php OIPA INDIA demands the FIR against the said killer of dogs under section 3,11 of the P.C.A. Act, 1960 along with the 428-429 I.P.C - both are cognizable offenses in legal terms. The gram panchyat has no legal rights to deal the crime against animals like this hence destroying the evidence along with other sections of the IPC may kindly be imposed on the wrong action of the gram panchyat persons involved in. Copy of the FIR may kindly be supplied to me. - Naresh Kadyan, Representative of OIPA in India On Mon, Jun 9, 2008 at 4:33 PM, azam24x7 <azam24x7 wrote: > Link: > > http://www.ndtv.com/convergence/ndtv/story.aspx?id=NEWEN20080052347 & ch=6/8/2008%\ 201:47:00%20PM > > Man poisons over 30 dogs to death > > Press Trust of India > Sunday, June 8, 2008 (Madurai) > In a bizarre incident, a man poisoned to death more than 30 dogs, > giving vent to his anger after one of his goats died due to a dog bite > in a village in Tirunelveli District of Tamil Nadu. > > Enraged over death of one of his goat after been bitten by a dog, > Sivakumar (name changed) cut the dead goat into pieces, mixed them > with poison and strew them at different points in the village on Thursday. > > More than 30 dogs who consumed the meat died.
