I have seen people throwing stones at cow stands, many a times we see pigeons, crows, sparrows take shade on the pavement, gallery or perch on the window grills, we see dogs & cats resting below the stairways or under a car during the rains. These animal & birds too need to protect themselves from heavy rains. Please do not tell your neighbors, children or anyone to remove them. People remove stray animals because they tend to stink - but those who care for these strays can spray the special deodorant or aromatic candles which are now available in many pet shops . Place a small gunny bag around your premises or under a shed so that animals can sit on them & protect themselves from the cold. Snake, crabs, shells do come out of their homes because their homes get filled by water. Children plays with small shells & crabs, people kill snake out of fear & ignorance. Please do not allow such activities. Call PAWS on 9820161114, we will guide you whom to contact in case of emergency. Since the rainy season is on.. Plant more trees.. Throw plastic in bins only to avoid choke-ups. Enjoy the rains... 2. YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE... PAWS is always in need of funds as it is largely dependent on local donations from animal lovers, volunteers & valuable supporters like you. Even a small contribution will make a difference to the life of the injured animals. For Direct Transfer of Donations: Bank : ICICI Bank Ltd. Branch : Dombivli, MIDC Branch A/C.
