TRAPPING CAGES TO CHINA--URGENTLY NEEDED

Hi all,

Spring is upon us and all the stray kitties in China are getting ready to

reproduce themselves. One thing we don't realize here is that the groups in

China don't have what we take for granted such as trapping cages. The one below

is a large Tomahawk cage (good enough for raccoons) that I gave Dan last year

at the conf in Orlando. BNW asked me to send a couple for them also urgently.

The biggest problem is the shipping.......which is about the purchase price for

the smaller one, and 200% the price for the large one.

If anyone of you know of people going to China from the US, please contact them

-- maybe they will have a bit a compassion to help. Please ask around as this

is very important.

Thank you,

Rosa

PS: I am still fighting with Paypal over the stolen password plus illegal use

of the Paypal account which has been suspended until the situation is resolved.

If anyone is willing to donate to help with cages, you can use my Paypal account

http://www.antifursociety.org/DONATE.html<http://www.antifursociety.org/DONATE.h\

tml> and I will convert the donations into cages which costs anywhere from

US$50 to $100 each plus shipping.

Thank you.

Hi Rosa,

Just a brief update: I've been very busy with drafting animal protection

proposal for the congressmen I know since the annual session is going on right

now; also working with other volunteers on two animal abusement case happened

recently - in an university campus and a hospital; and of course the TNR - it's

the high season and so many pregnant cats. Thanks so much for the trapping cage

- it works very well. BTW, I'm going to ask a friend who's going to travel to

the US to bring one more to me. It's in gread demand here among the grassroot

TNR groups.

Have to go to meet the executives of the hospital which is killing all the

homeless cats there (about 50) with the Capital Animal Welfare Assocition

representatives now.

Attached please find a few photos of the trapping action.

Thanks so much and with much love,

Dan

Dear Rosa

I am delighted to inform you that the foldable humane trapping cage

for cats can now be produced in China. ACTAsia gave out 100 cages

(including 50 trapping cages and 50 squeeze cages) to fifteen animal

protection groups all over China. By providing these cages, more cats

can be helped, in a more humane way. Please do ask Zhang Dan to

contact our Bejing representative Shencheng

Best regards

Pei
