Name: Ravinder Malhotra Email: marira50 My neighbour here in New Delhi breeds dogs in this residential colony and is a nuisance to the neighbours. Besides, the dogs are locked up in Iron cages for the greater part of the 24 hrs. The sad look on the faces of the dogs has to be seen to be believed.
