Guest guest Posted April 18, 2009 Report Share Posted April 18, 2009 I have Come to Know from sum frndz that Hon.Justice Guman Mal Lodha,Former Chief Justice of Guwahti High Court and EX-Chairman,Animal Welfare Board of India(Twice) and M.P.Has passed away about a month ago.I think Many persons in AW field Donot knew the News.He was not well and staying at Ahmedabad. He was Father Figure in Cow Protection Movement and Animal welfare.He Was able administrator and very Good orator. He always respected the Sentiments of his associates and subordinates. I have honour to be associated with him in AWBI (2001-2004)as Member AWBI and tried to learn some tips from him. May his soul rest in Peace.
