ADOPTION OF A DOG ALONG WITH LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE OWNER.

OK, let me have the address of this dog owner & PFA HARYANA is ready to

adopt this dog after legal action against the owner & I will see how he can

kill this animal ? As per section 3 & 11 of the PCA Act, 1960 - this is the

responsibility of the owner, he should be prosecuted under the law of the

land, I am going to lodge an FIR against this owner, kindly give me the

particular of the owner with address,
