Sir,

Please find attached here with the letter from the Secretary, Animal Welfare

Board of India for ready reference.

As per law of the land , custody, training & performance from the monkeys is

the violation of the prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 section 11,

22 & 38 read with the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972 section 39 & 51, hence

you are requested to direct the concerned SHO to lodge an FIR against the of Lotteries, Punjab along with the producer of the film & so

called owner of the animal, it is further requested to rescue the animals &

PFA Haryana ready to keep these animals in our shelter / rescue center.
