Another Leopard dies at the hands of humans!!!!!!

Since its becoming harder n harder for the poachers to capture n kill a

tiger..they have turned towards its spotted brethren - the leopard.

There are arnd 210 leopards left in UP. But now the poor creature is fighting a

survival battle in the terai area arnd (ironically) Dudhwa National Park.

On monday i.e.01/06/09 a leopard was killed brutally by enraged villagers at

Bahraich, U.P.

If this man-animal conflict went on then the day is not far when the big cats

would be reduced to being picture book material!!!

Its high time we sounded the alarm and stopped being arm-chair

conservators!!!!!!!!!!
