Sir,

Kindly refer to the complaint submitted by Ms. Sonia Ghosh to the SHO,

Vasant Vihar, New Delhi on dated 8-7-08 about the crime. Yesterday I have

spoken to the Ld DCP & SHO concerned but now I am in the opinion that Police

is not going to lodge an FIR against the culprits u/s 428-429-201 IPC's read

with the PCA Act, 1960, where as when the dead body of the killed dogs was

destroyed willingly after killing then this act may be read with the section

201 IPC.

Hence you are requested to direct the concerned SHO to lodge an FIR with out

any further delay.
