*The central Govt. introduced the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960

and rules. The DSPCA constituted to minimize the animal cruelty from

unnecessary pain and sufferings but animals are being tortured openly, DSPCA

officials are corrupt, negligent towards their duties / responsibilities and

they are working with melafide intentions with hidden agenda, accepting

bribes from the butchers as there are so many illegal meat shops / slaughter

houses are running, animals are being transported in very cruel manner under

very heavy pain, injury and sufferings, some time death even. Under army

supply cover daily vehicles are carrying animals sheep / goats in double

decor position in a cruel manner, towards slaughter houses as well. Oxes are

being shifted via Delhi by foot towards slaughter houses. Oxytocin

injections are being used in dairies to let down milk, animals are being

tortured pulling - carrying cart / goods / iron bars, puppy mils - aquarium

/ pet shops are* *going on.*
