Unfortunately, there is one family which keeps a dog but they are not kind to the animal. When they go for holidays, they would lock up the pet in the washing area for days. They leave ample food and water for the animal to survive for days but they tie it in that small area with a leash. The dog would howl throughout the day which is a nuisance to the neighbours. Residents have explained to the unit owner and yet the situation has not improved in the last one year. The management office claims that the dog is not being a nuisance to anyone as it is a tame pet. We do not want to harm our neighbours, but I guess this is the last straw.
