in Rajasthan through Mandheer Maan, Convener of the North Zone then they

As claimed by Mr. Rakesh Kumar S/o Sh. Bhagwan Sahai of Dausa that he is the

proprietor of the Dangayach Hardware's then he was arrested on 22nd.

January, 2009 then produced before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dausa on

23rd. January, 2009 - accused was sent to the judicial custody till 5th.

February, 2009. Naresh Kadyan appreciated the performance of duties by the

Deputy Conservator of Forest, Dausa Sh. M.K. Aggarwal & his dedication

towards cause honestly with out fearing the local political pressure along

with their God fathers comes forward to shelter the accused.
