Guest guest Posted April 3, 2009 Report Share Posted April 3, 2009 UPDATE: The Gauhati High Court heard the Bail petitions of the absconding MLAs on 1st April' 2009. Today (April 3rd, 2009) the Hon'ble Gauhati High Court rejected the Bail Petitions of the two MLAs who are still absconding. Now the MLAs have three options: 1. To Surrender, 2. To file fresh petitions with the Hon'ble High Court or 3. Going to the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
