Guest guest
LegalAction4AnimalRights [LegalAction4AnimalRights ] 28 December, 2008 9:04 PM LegalAction4AnimalRights Week of Justice for Nepal's Monkeys; 12 - 19 JANUARY 2009:-- The Minister has yet to decide the fate of Nepal's monkeys, but we have to prepare for the worst in case he decides to permit monkey farming to continue. We expect the decision to have been made by January 12th, so today we are calling for a week of action as a pre-emptive response. Please start to organise protests during the 2nd week in January now. We need to prepare a strong response in advance, in case the decision goes against the monkeys! Please order any campaign materials early to ensure they arrive in time: info We will also be suggesting actions and releasing alerts all week, so those unable to join a physical protest can also participate in the week of action, but we hope you will also be creative in your efforts to save Nepal's monkeys...and of course don't wait for the week of action to start to act for Nepal's monkeys, the decision is happening now so PLEASE keep up the pressure. If the Minister sees sense and bans monkey farming in Nepal, we will switch targets to another global monkey exploiter...but until the farm in Lele is closed, please continue to prepare for the worst!!
