Guest guest
_____ Rishi Dev [rishidev000] Sunday, 28. September 2008 16:12 URGENT : KARNATAKA AT IT AGAIN !!! KARNATAKA playing the bloody game AGAIN !!! Karnataka is killing dogs again. KOLAR which is about 80km from Bangalore has already started killing dogs at mass level. CHANTAMANI which is about 30 km from Bangalore has taken out tenders to throw dogs out of the city. The tender notice came in the local Newspaper " Jammada " on September 22, 2008. We are trying to get a copy of the tender and pictures of killing in Kolar. Both the above are strictly illegal and yet they are being carried out officially. A repeat of Bangalore 2007 killings has already begun, when hell broke loose and blood was everywhere. We appeal to the following to take immediate action : a) ANIMAL ACTIVISTS/ NGOs OF BANGALORE TO APPROACH THE HIGH COURT TO STOP THIS and file contempt petition against the municipal corporations taking out such orders and killings. b) ANIMAL WELFARE BOARD OF INDIA (AWBI) TO MAKE NOTE, INTERVENE AND BRING A HALT TO THIS. c) GOVT OF KARNATAKA to curb breaking of court order banning killings in Karnataka. d) PRESS AND MEDIA TO BRING THIS GRUESOME FACT TO LIGHT SO THIS KILLING STOPS. PLEASE STOP THIS NOW OR IT MAY TURN OUT TO BE A RETAKE OF BANGALORE 2007. Thanks Rishi Dev Citizens For Animal Rights, Delhi
