This refers to my letter regarding Performing of Monkeys by Punjab State

Lotteries in an Advertisement of Diwali Bumper and Copy of Communication to You

..As a result of my application under RTI Punjab State Lotteries informed that 

Avertisement was with drawn  next day.However regarding CD of Film and name of

Panel Members they are silent and an appeal has been filed to Punjab State

Information commission.

How ever They informed that  Advertisement Company M/s Oberoi Multi Media

Ltd;Sector-17 Chandigarh/Mumbai has made the Film having Performing

Maonkeys.CWW Pb has Forwarded the Case to Dy.Conservator of Forests UT

Chandigarh.

You are Requested to requested to inform that whether this adv.Company was given

permission to shoot on Monkeys by AWBI under Performing Animal

(Registration)Rules 2001.If Not Kindly take the appropriate action and write To

Dy.Cons. of Forests UT Chandigarh to Book a Case under WPA 1972  against

Pb.State Lotteries,Oberoi MultiMedia and the Madari Playing with Monkeys.

Also Book a complaint under PCA Act  agaist the Offenders.
