(IN) K.E.Mammen, Human Right Commision and Triv. Dogs

Mr.K E Mammen the veteran Freedom-Fighter sought a direction from the Kerala

State Human Rights Commsion for'Putting stray dogs to silence' as they are

evading his freedom to walk freely in the city.

 

    But, these days it is very surprising if you see a few dogs in the city as

most of them have been already killed by the Corporation. If someone tours the

city all you may see maybe 1 or 2 dogs who escaped their fate, in the main

areas around the heart of the city.

       So, " putting the stray dogs into silence " is not only offensive but also

baseless.
