The Ursa Freedom project is a worldwide campaign to free farmed bears.

Organised by Jeanette McDermott, a wonderful supporter of our Moon Bear

Rescue, the project is initially aiming to raise funds to build two bear

houses at Animals Asia's new Vietnam sanctuary.

 

Jeanette has put an incredible amount of work into getting this project

and website up and running. And through her network, she has a lot more

exciting things planned to help us in the future.
