CHINA, Beijing : Chinese dog-catchers gather at a neighbourhood in Beijing

on April 22, 2009. Beijing authorities, concerned by the growing number of

canines in the city and a rising incidence of rabies, has launched a

campaign to rope in the stray dogs running loose in the city.
