The Mayor of Trivandrum states he saw 14 dogs in a pack on his way to a meeting?

I do wonder where he saw these dogs?

I went Trivandrum Twice last week and had to go from place to place looking for

what i wanted.

I saw one dog only,in the two days,she had not long had puppies,and there was no

sign of the puppies.The dog was nervous and scared,as lots of dogs are here

,because of the treatment inflicted on them.

I felt very sorry for her,i tried to give her biscuits,but she ran, thinking i

was trying to hurt her.
