* SHILLONG, Sept 24 – BSF jawans apprehended two cattle smugglers at

Muktapur in Jaintia district while they were trying to smuggle out three

oxen to Bangladesh along with Indian currency worth Rs 68,650 and one mobile

phone, a press release said.
