The Tibetan nationals were arrested from Taplejung district in eastern Nepal, the National News Agency reported. The police recovered from their possession a head and four legs of Nepal's national bird Lophophorus, 23 traps to kill deer and four sharp knives (khukri). Meanwhile, the arrested Tibetans were brought to the District Police Office, Taplejung, where they will be charge-sheeted, police said.
