INVITATION

It has been decided in the steering committee to conduct State Level meeting to

all the Administrative Members involved in the organisation of Gosalas in Andhra

Pradesh.

Accordingly a meeting of " Andhra Pradesh Gosalala Nirvahakula Sadassu " will be

held on 29th and 30th August, 2009 at Sri

Venkateswara Swamy Vari Devasthanam, DwarakaTirumala, West Godavari District to

get acquainted with the methods to maintain self sustainable Gosalas and discuss

on various problems faced and the solutions for better management of Gosalas.

Agenda will be supplied at the time of meeting.

Hence, we request your participation and nominate 2 active persons for the said

meeting.

Please kindly send the particulars of your Gosala in the Registration form

(herewith enclosed) before 25th August, 2009 to the Convener at the above

address.

Please convey this message and the contents of this invitation to all the

Gosala personnel you know, on our behalf.

In continuation of our meeting, Farmers meet and free health camp with

Panchagavya will be held on 31st August and 1st September, 2009 at the same

venue.
