Let me correct 38(J) of Indian Wildlife Act, 1972 instead of 36(J), OIPA in

India lodged complaint bearing No. 1250490121740 dated 17-8-2009 with the

Police Commissioner, Nagpur: matter investigated by the Police Inspector of

Sitabuldi Police station, he can be contacted on his cell No. 09823036695

land line - 0712-2565666, Commissioner Praveen Dixit - 0712-2560601.

*-38J. Prohibition of teasing etc., in a zoo. – No person shall tease,

molest, injure or feed

any animal or cause disturbance to the animals by noise or otherwise, or

litter the grounds in a

zoo.*

Zoo officials are also co-accused in this crime.............
