Indian government releases comprhensive environmental report

Hi,

The Ministry of Environment and Forests recently released the

comprehensive report on the state of India's environment, 2009. This is the

online report :

In case you cannot access the file online, please let me know and I will

mail you the attachment separately.

 

The wildlife section appears interesting and Mr Jairam Ramesh has been to

the WWF office several times since taking charge to discuss tiger

conservation measures. He has also written the introduction to the recently

released WWF report on the Living Himalayas project.
