The change is very simple to make. But the consensus has always been that readers do not want large attachments coming in all the time. It is better to do as Shubho has above - send an ordinary post and offer to send the attachment to those interested. AAPN does accept messages from hotmail accounts - but it will not accept any message unless it is the address you signed up with. I hope this clarifies the issues.
