(NP) Help prevent the cruel killing of thousands of animals in Nepal

Dear Friend,

 

I just took action online to try to stop the needless suffering of hundreds of

thousands of animals during a religious festival in Nepal next week. Please

help!

 

Every five years, hundreds of men are licensed to kill buffalo, pigs, chickens,

rats, goats, and pigeons, receiving a fee for each animal they take. It is a

bloodbath, as the animals are chased and hacked to death with knives in a

competition to kill as many as possible within two days.

 

Please join me in writing Nepalese government officials to stop this cruelty
