Let me serve the instructions of Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench orders

dated 26-2-2010 to you that ANKUSH banned now and no one can use this cruel

practice on Elephants, as per reports : with out ANKUSH ban article Elephant

can't be control, hence you are requested to make ensure that no one can

violate High Court orders otherwise be ready to face contempt of court

petition at the appropriate forum. **It is intimated to all other

enforcement agencies to comply with these orders in the interest of natural

justice.
